Delphi Regenerative Leadership Fellowship

The Delphi Regenerative Leadership Fellowship supports dedicated leaders and community multipliers in Armenia to develop their leadership practice and share their learning with others.

Organized by Impact Hub Yerevan, with the generous support of the J. Barkev M. Kassarjian Charitable Trust, the fully funded fellowship combines an immersive learning experience in Delphi, Greece, with a commitment to strengthening local leadership in Armenia.

A Journey of Reflection and Growth

At the heart of the fellowship is the 2026 Delphi Regenerative Leadership Immersion, taking place on October 5–9, 2026, in Delphi, Greece.

Drawing on the Inner Development Goals, the five-day program explores how inner growth can support meaningful change in the world. Fellows reflect on their values, question inherited assumptions, and explore how they relate to themselves, others, and the communities they serve.

Designed and facilitated by Dr. Gerasimos Kouvaras, the immersion brings together reflection, dialogue, peer learning, and creative practice. The setting of Delphi offers opportunities to learn from ancient wisdom, nature, and the living world, while strengthening the fellows’ capacity to collaborate and act collectively.

Before travelling, fellows complete the IVI Model self-assessment, helping them identify their leadership orientation, developmental priorities, and the questions they want to explore during the immersion.

Sharing the Learning in Armenia

The fellowship extends beyond the five days in Delphi. Fellows commit to bringing their experience back to Armenia by designing and leading one or more free leadership sessions in Armenian.

Through this “pay it forward” approach, the fellowship connects individual development with community learning, giving more local leaders access to the ideas and practices explored during the immersion.

Who the Fellowship Is For

The fellowship is intended for dedicated leaders and community multipliers who are ready to reflect on their practice, learn alongside others, and share that learning with their communities.

For the 2026 cohort, fellows must hold a valid Schengen visa covering the travel dates and be available for the entire program. Full participation requires setting aside other work commitments, remote meetings, and side projects during the immersion.

All costs are covered for selected fellows through the support of the J. Barkev M. Kassarjian Charitable Trust.
