The Delphi Regenerative Leadership Fellowship empowers dedicated leaders and community builders across Armenia to advance their leadership practice and share their transformative learning with others.
Organized by Impact Hub Yerevan and made possible by the generous support of the J. Barkev M. Kassarjian Charitable Trust, this fully-funded fellowship combines an immersive learning experience with a deep commitment to strengthening local leadership back home in Armenia.
Rethinking Leadership: From Inner Growth to Collective Impact
How we lead others is closely connected to how we understand ourselves, relate to people, and respond to challenges.
Regenerative leadership builds on this connection, encouraging leaders to look beyond immediate results and consider the long-term impact of their decisions on people, organizations, and communities.
Drawing on the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), this approach emphasizes self-awareness, reflection, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex challenges. It invites leaders to question established assumptions, explore new perspectives, and develop practices that support both individual and collective growth.
The fellowship began with the Delphi Regenerative Leadership Immersion, a five-day learning experience held in October 2026 in Delphi, Greece.
Designed and facilitated by Dr. Gerasimos Kouvaras, the immersion brought together leaders and community multipliers from Armenia to explore these principles through reflection, dialogue, peer learning, and creative practice. The setting of Delphi also offered opportunities to draw inspiration from ancient wisdom, nature, and the living world.
Bringing Regenerative Leadership to Armenia
The fellowship is designed to extend the learning beyond Delphi and create opportunities for more people in Armenia to engage with regenerative leadership.
As part of this commitment, fellows will design and facilitate free leadership sessions in Armenian, sharing the approaches and practices explored during the immersion with their communities.
To make these resources more widely accessible, the regenerative leadership framework will also be translated into Armenian, allowing local audiences to engage with its concepts and tools in their own language.
These efforts aim to make regenerative leadership knowledge available beyond the initial group of fellows, supporting its wider adoption and application in Armenia.
Expanding Leadership Development Opportunities
Building on the fellowship, Impact Hub Yerevan plans to develop a standalone regenerative leadership training package, making this approach available to organizations, teams, and individuals interested in strengthening their leadership practices.
The training will aim to help participants explore how greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and more collaborative approaches can inform the way they lead, make decisions, and work with others.
Impact Hub Yerevan also plans to incorporate regenerative leadership principles into its existing incubation, acceleration, and educational programs, bringing these practices to a broader community of entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers.
The project is funded by the J. Barkev M. Kassarjian Charitable Trust.
