Nairi Melkom Melkomian is a project manager and community builder with a passion for turning ideas into action. She currently contributes to the development and implementation of impactful initiatives at Impact Hub Yerevan, where she serves as the Fellowship Manager and Country Coordinator of Social Impact Award Armenia, bringing together diverse voices to inspire positive change.
With over 15 years of experience in project management, Nairi has led and managed a wide range of local and international projects, focusing on youth engagement, community development, and driving meaningful social change.
