Impact Hub Yerevan is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Professional to support the final phase of the CirculaTIA project. The selected consultant will assess project results, strengthen monitoring systems, analyze data, document lessons learned, and contribute to final donor reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or impact measurement
- Experience designing MEL frameworks and data collection tools
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Experience with donor-funded projects; GIZ experience is an asset
- Excellent English; Armenian strongly preferred
