Dzovinar Harkian serves as Programs Manager at Impact Hub Yerevan. She focuses basically on identifying new program opportunities, Program implementation and monitoring, coordinating local and international programs, and Partners/Donors relationship management.

Being an active member of Civil Society, Dzovig had dedicated long years of her career to its activities and projects in Lebanon, where she contributed to many awareness and change-making initiatives. During Dzovig's early tenure as the Armenian Matrimonial Court Manager and Senior Legal Officer, serving the "Personal Status Law of the Armenian Community" in Lebanon, she played a key role in the actualization of humanitarian Case Management through the Public Service and Administration of the Law. This engagement of the court legal process with the socially vulnerable cases and the social impact that resulted from it helped shape her career vision. She graduated with a Professional Master’s degree in “International Organizations”, and built her knowledge and skills on maximizing the social impact of CSOs and their sustainability, through the pillars of social interventions and solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences and a Minor in Law.

Dzovig has work experience with the World Bank’s “R4R” project as the Operations Coordinator, research for improved quality of the Lebanese schools, and the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Beirut, within the “Social and Human Sciences Programme” in the MENA regional implementation.

Born in Beirut, she moved to Armenia early 2019 and collaborated with UNICEF Armenia within the “Together4Armenia” platform, by providing training sessions in several Armenian regions and cities on empowerment, both for Youth and Women, as well as some sessions at Yerevan State University. As a consultant and trainer of Sustainable Development Skills and capacity building for NGOs, she continues to equip and mentor in technical writing of Project Proposal documents, and support high-impact learning and training solutions for empowering CSOs.
