Impact Hub Yerevan offers event management to individuals, groups or organizations conducted within the fancy space of the Impact Hub. Our team project manages the creation and development of events such as round-table discussions for members & the Ecosystem, Team Meetings, Strategic Planning and many more. This involves studying your brand, identifying your target audience, devising the event concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before launching the event.
This may include, but is not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers, catering, coordinating with third party vendors. Each event is different in its nature so process of planning & execution of each event differs on basis of type of event.
